At Scrunchie Squad our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–25 business days. US orders are shipped by USPS, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 10 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

How can I track my parcel?
When your order is shipped, an email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. This number allows you to easily track the whereabouts of your order. Tracking data will not update until 1 day later so do not worry if your tracking number doesn't work immediately.
Taxes and duties
All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. Scrunchie Squad is not responsible for any taxes or duties applied to your order. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties.
Refunds will only be performed if parcels have not been received and have gone missing for two months after the date of investigation with the post office. Refunds will also be performed if items are broken upon receipt.
Once an item has been shipped, Scrunchie Squad shall not be responsible for any uncollected parcels which includes presenting an incomplete or wrong address. Customers are also fully responsible for all local customs or tax fees and, no refunds shall be made in cases where the customer is unwilling to cover these fees. No refunds shall be made in such instances, (value forfeited) and a shipping fee will be incurred if parcels are requested to be shipped out again. This shipping fee is not covered under our free shipping service, which only covers the first delivery fees upon purchase.
We do not offer returns due to hygiene reasons.
What if my items are damaged or defective?
